Cast Film Line for CPP Film

This cast film line is primarily used to produce multilayer (three-layer or five-layer) co-extruded CPP and CEVA films, as well as PA/EVOH high barrier films.

Features
Extruder screw is characterized by high plasticizing capacity and equipped with static mixer, resulting efficient plasticization, excellent homogeneity and high output;
Automatic die and APC controlled thickness gauge are available to achieve automatic adjusting of die and inline measurement of film thickness;
Europe imported chill roll has unique spiral flow design, it is recommended to ensure a better effect of film cooling at high speed;
Inline edge trims recovery, greatly reducing manufacturing cost;
Fully automatic winder combined with imported tension control, achieving automatic roll changing and breaking, easy to use;
