Cast Film Line for CPE Film

The cast film line utilizes LLDPE/ MLLDPE/LDPE/HDPE as base material to produce multilayer co-extruded CPE film with high transparency.

Features
Extruder screw provides high plasticization efficiency, perfectly preventing the formation of small bubbles that known as "fish eyes";
Automatic die and APC controlled thickness gauge are available to achieve automatic adjusting of die and inline measurement of film thickness;
High-efficiency chill roll has unique spiral flow design, ensuring consistent film quality;
Equipped with two-chamber vacuum box and electrostatic pinning system, allowing the melting process stable;
Corona treatment unit has high stability and low error rate, and it is possible to accomplish double-side treatment on both sides of film;
Inline edge trims recovery, greatly reducing manufacturing cost;
Dual-station winding unit allows winding film onto the roll in gap or contact mode, implementing automatic film cutting and changing over. Equipped with automatic multi-section tension control, guaranteeing high tension stability during film production process;
Depending on the size of extrusion line, inline slitting unit can be configured to ensure that the films are wound in time without secondary winding, thus greatly saving labor and time;
