Adopting exceptional pressing spring front lay design which efficiently reduces failure rate, and intelligent control system ensures high laminating precision; Variable speed control, centralized PLC control, offering ease of operation; Steel rolls are subjected to balancing and testing processes, and tightly assembled to enhance the stability of the machine; Equipped with suction-belt feeder for substrate sheets feeding, efficiently improving running speed and precision; Utilizing hydraulic control with automatic glue application, greatly lowering labor intensity; Self-developed feeding unit coupled with pre-loading device minimizes downtime while improving working efficiency; Suitable for laminating face paper of 150-450gsm with A, B, C, D, E, F flute corrugated sheet, 3-ply and 5-ply cardboard up to 8mm thickness; Paper feeding is controlled by two servomechanisms, guaranteeing the timeliness and accuracy of paper’s conveying to front lay and machines’ precision in adjusting process; All materials under ISO9001 standard test, bearings and other key components are imported with premium quality and durability.
