Upender, sometimes called coil tiler or coil positioner, is developed to bring metal coils upright from their palletized positions in a fast and secure manner. This up-ender machine not only simplifies the dangerous work of tipping metal coils and avoids personal injuries, but can also be applied to rotate coils and change vertical or horizontal orientation.

Functions of Turnover Machine
(1) The coil tiler can adjust and change the direction of metal coils, in order to make the transport and process of coils convenient and easy.
(2) Equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical systems, the tilter machine enjoys stable and smooth performance.
(3) Dangers resulted from unexpected movement and drop of the coils are relived due to the V-shape structure.

Packaging & Shipping
1. The machine will be bare and electrical and motor parts will be covered with film as anti-rust treatment.
2. Container: One 20 feet container
3. All points will be fixed tightly to ensure high stationarity.
