We design and produce medium pressure hydraulic cylinder in accordance with working conditions, strokes, buffering devices and deflation valves.
Rated pressure: 160bar (No fatigue under rated pressure)
Hydraulic oil: Mineral hydraulic oil (Or others)
Standard sealing temperature range: -20℃~ 80℃
Connecting: Cylinder head and covers connected with flanges by bolts
Inner diameter of cylinder: 40mm-320mm
Diameter of piston rod: 22mm-220mm

Outstanding Parts
Cylinder Tube
Because each of our tubes must undergo strict examination and inspection, cylinder tube manufactured by Hoyo is well known for its high degree of smoothness and low friction coefficient, providing a good protection of inside sealed parts.

Piston Rod
In consideration of high smoothness and low friction coefficient, we produce piston rods from carbon alloy, process them with cylinder grinder and coated them with hard chromium, allowing for a roughness degree of 0.2-0.4μm. Under rated working pressure, all piston rods show no fatigue or wear.

Sealing Elements
All of our sealing elements are assembled in our clean room to realize an excellent sealing capacity. Our dust ring also effectively prevents liquids or other contaminants from our cylinder. In addition, we are also able to design and produce sealing elements according to customers’ requirements.

Manufacturing Process & Machines
Our high efficient producing machines and equipments allow us to complete mass production in a timely fashion. These machines are CNC lathes, ultrasonic cleaning machines, coating lines, welding machines, assembling machines and so on.

Testing Instruments
As for quality control, we introduced a lot of high precision testing devices, like integrated test bench, durability test bench, hardness tester, thickness tester, roughness measuring instrument, ultrasonic fault detector, computer controlled pressure testing system, etc.

1. Our technician designs the hydraulic cylinder in strict accordance with your actual working condition and special requirements and then sends its design picture to you.
2. After the confirmation of our design and submission of OTS prototype, you can test characteristics and properties of the prototype.
3. If you are satisfied with the test results, we will do trail production of your cylinders. If the trial product meets your standards and requirements, mass production will begin soon.
