Product Introduction
Complied with the standards of ISO6020/2 and DIN24 554, our high pressure cylinder is capable to work under many bad environments, with a working pressure as high as 21MPA. In compared to other cylinders of same specifications, high pressure hydraulic cylinders provided by Hoyo is well known for compact structure, light weight, high working efficiency, easy to maintain, good buffering performance and flexible connecting method.

Detailed Information of Our High Pressure Cylinder
In generally, MMA-Y high pressure hydraulic cylinder is categorized into two series: ISO and DIN.
For ISO series, there are totally 12 different installing ways. Each cylinder has over 3 kinds of piston rods, external screw threads and inner screw threads.
When it comes to DIN series, we currently offer 5 methods to install. Each hydraulic cylinder has two types of piston rods and one type of external screw threads.

Major Components
Cylinder Tube
Because each of our tubes must undergo strict examination and inspection, cylinder tube manufactured by Hoyo is well known for its high degree of smoothness and low friction coefficient, providing a good protection for inside sealed parts.

Piston Rod
Made using carbon alloy and processed by high precision grinder, our piston rod shows a roughness of 0.2-0.4μm. Another attractive of our rod lies in no fatigue or wear under rated working pressure.

Sealing Elements
All of our sealing elements are produced in our clean room. As for our dust ring, it holds back liquids and other containments in an effective manner. If you are not satisfied with our existing sealing elements, we are also able to provide customized service.

Manufacturing Process and Instruments
Our firm introduced a number of multi-functional producing machines and ensures each piece of cylinders will arrive at the destination in a fast and quick fashion. These machines include CNC lathes, ultrasonic cleaning machines, coating lines, welding machines, assembling machines and so forth.

Testing Devices
Our sophisticated and delicate testing instruments include: integrated test bench, durability test bench, hardness tester, thickness tester, roughness measuring instrument, ultrasonic flaw detector, computer controlled pressure test system, etc.

1. Our technician designs the hydraulic cylinder in strict accordance with your actual working condition and special requirements and then sends its design picture to you.
2. After the confirmation of our design and submission of OTS prototype, you can test characteristics and properties of the prototype.
3. If you are satisfied with the test results, we will do trail production of your cylinders. If the trial product meets your standards and requirements, mass production will begin soon.
4. We adopt 8Ds method to solve problems for our customers and clients.
