The LSAW steel pipe of our company has passed the nondestructive detection, which can assure all the products satisfying the requirements of customers completely. The product is produced especially for use in large scale pipeline engineering, transportation for petroleum, water or natural gas and the distribution network construction.

In order to provide high quality LASW steel pipe for customers, we inspect the whole production process with high quality and high standard. There are mainly two processing steps to produce the product. Firstly, the two edges of the steel plate must be processed with double-side milling. After that, the processed steel plate would be put into the molding press machine to go through several times’ stamping, which steel plate would be formed into the shapes of J, C and O successively. Secondly, the welder carries out the longitudinal welding on the formed steel tube. Then, the double-side submerged arc welded product can be made out.
