Our cold rolled flat springsteel refers to the steel material that gains a good resilience under quenchingand annealing. Relying much upon the deformation ability, a good elasticitymakes the steel be able to withstand a certain load, without being permanentlychanged.

Our rolledflat spring steel has outstanding overall properties. It shows the goodmetallurgical quality in purity and uniformity, good surface quality and highdimensional precision. In terms of the mechanical, physical and chemicalproperties, it has the high elastic limit, strength limit, yield ratio, anti-loosening ability, fatigue strength, quenching strength, and lowtemperature, oxidation and corrosion resistance.

The GB/T13304 standard indicates our product is a kind of mechanical structural steelas per the basic application, or the special quality steel as per the qualitygrade standard. That is to say, we must be especially careful to the qualityand property control of our product.

The rolled flat spring steel works most under the impact, shock and stress. Itis required to have high tensile strength, elasticity limit, and fatiguestrength. According to the material, it can be classified into thecarbon type with the carbon content between 0.6% and0.9%, and the alloy type with low carbon content.

The production process

1. After the raw material is acid washed and annealed, it will be cold rolledaccording to requested size.
2. Then we will have cold rolled steel strip edgerounded and hardened, as well as tempered.
3. Later, it will be polished or tempered to becomethe requested color on the surface of steel strip.
4. Next, the material is to be rolled up to certainweight for each coil with inside DIA 600mm or up.
5. Each coil is slightly coated with anti-rust oil, coveredby oil paper or plastic film, and then packed by sackcloth or compound paper outside. Another piece ofsteel strap or PP strap will be fastened in the outside of each coil to ensuresafety.
6. Usually 1000kg is to be firmly packed with one wooden or iron pallet. Package without pallet is also possible accordingto customer’s needs.
7. Upon request, Certificate for Pre-shipmentInspection is available.
