Dingsheng hammer mill isan efficient and energy saving product primarily used to crush various ores andmaterials with compressive strength less than 260MPa. Due to itscompact size, the mill is lightweight and easy to move.

Applications
Our hammer mill has found avariety of applications in metallurgy, mining, chemical, cement,coal, construction, sand making, ceramics, and many other industries.
1. Thehammer mill can be used for making limestone powder for power plant desulfurization. If used together with avibrating screen, it can crush limestone material into powder less than 2mm or 1mm.
2. It is suitable for quartz sand. After one crushing process, 0to 3mm fine sand could occupy upto 70% of the crushed quartz materials.
3. The materials crushed by our hammer mill can be used for grain composition ofbaking free bricks and hollow blocks.
4. The hammer mill can also be used in combination with a ball mill,which contributes to improving the efficiency of the ball mill by 50%.
