Petrochemicalprocess pump is a single stage horizontal centrifugal pump and can be used totransport different kinds of mineral acid, organic acid, aqueous alkali, salinesolution, liquid oil and chemical products, and other corrosive material. Andour petrochemical process pump is widely used in power plant, environmentalprotection project, water supplying plant, oil refinery, paper making, sugarmaking and food production industry.

ZAB petrochemical process pump is mainly made of pump body, pump cap, impeller,shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve and bearings. Pumpbody is the place where the pump functions. The rotor consists of impeller,shaft and bearings. Bearings bear the axial force and radial force of the pump.In order to balance the axial force, there are total two sealing ringsinstalled at the front and back of the impeller. And there is also a balancehole on the cap behind the impeller. The radial sealing ring is used to preventleaking water and gas from invading in the pump. The hollow cavity is connectedto the impeller inlet, and when the liquid at the impeller inlet is undervacuum situation, air is easy to invade into the pump. So we need to adopt apacking ring to prevent this. In order to prevent bearing wear, a shaft sleeveis installed and there is O shaped sealing ring between the shaft and the shaftsleeve to prevent water leaking. Our pump is connected to the motor by means ofextended elastic coupling.
