Neoprene Contact Adhesive

The neoprene contact adhesive, or neoprene rubber contact adhesive, is meticulously fabricated according to an improved formula, and it exhibits excellent compatibility, high bonding strength as well as good resistance to moisture and cold. Moreover, it complies with Chinese National Safety Standard GB18583-2008, so it is also environmentally friendly.

Application
Our neoprene contact cement fits for timber, metal, rubber, leather and textile, and it is particularly suitable for plywood, chipboard, fiber board, plastic laminate, decorative veneer, aluminum panel, fiberglass board, plexiglass sheet, rigid PVC/rubber tile, metal/wooden profile, etc. But this all purpose contact adhesive is not applicable for expanded polystyrene, plasticized PVC and synthetic leather.

Direction for Use
1. Before using neoprene contact adhesive, make sure that the working place is well ventilated, the surfaces to be glued are clean, dry and free of contaminants, and the evenness of substrates (wall, ceiling or floor screed) is within 5mm/2m.
2. During work, coat a thin layer of adhesive homogeneously on both surfaces to be glued by a spreader. Then, wait for 10-20 minutes to let solvents evaporate. Remember, the higher the relative humidity is or the lower the ambient temperature is, the longer the waiting time will be.
3. Press two surfaces firmly for a few seconds, and it is highly recommended to apply a big and uniform force to get higher bonding strength.

Caution
1. The container for neoprene contact adhesive shall be closed tightly after use.
2. For use under 15°C, please ask technicians for professional advice.
3. To remove excessive adhesive, please use a woolen rag soaked in benzine.
4. Store the container in a cool and dry place, and smoking is strictly prohibited because our product is highly flammable.
5. Avoid skin contact and eye contact. Once fails, flush with water and consult doctors immediately.
6. Keep out of reach of children.
