The spray refrigerant for auto air conditioner is a kind of eco-friendly refrigerant, and it is commonly referred to as R134a refrigerant or HFC-134a refrigerant. It is able to protect automotive refrigeration system, and it doesn't contain water or deleterious contents, so it won't destroy the ozone layer.
Composition
1. C2H2F4: 99.5% or more
2. Water: 0.005% or less
3. Acid: 0.0001% or less
Direction for Use
1. Please wear professional protective glasses.
2. Determine whether there is a gasket at the inflation valve.
3. Before adding spray refrigerant, please rotate the handle forward to raise the needle.
4. Rotate the circular plate to the left side to tighten the inflation value.
5. The inflation valve should only be tightened manually.
6. Rotate the circular plate to the right side until it is tightened, and install valve tube.
7. Rotate the handle to the right.
8. Rotate the handle to the left to add refrigerant, and if operators need to stop adding, please rotate the handle to the right.
Caution
1. This spray refrigerant should be stored at room temperature (< 40°C), and direct exposure to sunlight is prohibited.
2. The container shall be connected to low pressure side only. Otherwise an explosion may take place.
3. Keep the container away from heat source and fire source, and please don't tank on engine or radiator.
4. If there is oily substance on the surface of corresponding automotive components, that means refrigerant is spilled out, and please don't add refrigerant into such a problematic refrigeration system.
5. Don't shake the container with force.
6. Don't puncture or incinerate the container.
7. Please refer to relevant description of the automotive air conditioning system.
8. The spray refrigerant is under high pressure and it is explosive. So, operators must receive profession training and acquire professional engineer certificate.
