Nitrocellulose Lacquer Furniture Paint

As shown in the above table, our nitrocellulose lacquer furniture paint contains NC primer and NC finish paint, and these two types have different characteristics.

NC Primer
1. NC7801/NC78019/NC7800
a. Low viscosity, high transparency, fast dry, high solid content, easy to polish
b. Usually works together with other NC paint

2. NC7820
a. High hiding power and fast dry
b. Low viscosity, high solid content, easy to polish

NC Finish Paint
Featuring fast dry, high hardness, soft gloss, smooth feel and easy to use, the NC finish paint is often used to offer an exquisite finish for wood furniture.

Direction for Use
The nitrocellulose lacquer furniture paint could be diluted by relevant thinner (NC7780) for direct use, and the mixing ratio is adjustable as per actual condition.

Caution
1. In cold or humid days, white finish tends to take place when applying nitrocellulose lacquer via brushing or spraying, and users are recommended to add a proper amount of cellosolve (5%-10% the weight of thinner). If this phenomenon still exists, stop painting immediately, and wait until ambient temperature and humidity are proper.
2. Please be noted that if too much cellosolve is added, the paint film will suffer slow dry, or it even won't get dry at all.
3. Shake the container well every time before using matt NC varnish to get uniform sheen level.
4. For NC finish paint, shaking before use is necessary, and please wait some time for overcoating.
5. After mixing, the finish paint shall be filtered by 120~200 mesh screen, and keep it still for 5 minutes.

Storage
The nitrocellulose lacquer furniture paint shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated place, and its shelf life is 1 year (see product label to get production date).
