Generally speaking, the gloss PU varnish exhibits high gloss level, good plumpness and easy use, while the matt PU varnish is characterized by soft sheen and smooth feel. As for transparent PU varnish, it offers an elegant paint film with gentle gloss, and it avoids color fading problem. Direction for Use
1. Mix PU furniture paint, curing agent and thinner according to predetermined ratio, and filter the mixed paint with a 300-mesh screen. Keep it still for 10-15 minutes before use.
2. General flow: Substrate – seal primer – PU or PE primer – PU varnish

Caution
1. For thick paint film, please apply thin coat for several times rather than a single heavy coat, and the time interval should be long enough for drying.
2. Shake mixed paint vigorously before use to obtain uniform gloss and hardness.
3. Mixed paint should be applied within 4 hours (25°C), and remaining paint shall not be poured back to the container.
4. It is not allowed to change curing agent and formula without our technician’s guidance.

Storage
The PU furniture paint shall be stored in a dry and well ventilated place, and its shelf life is 1 year (see product label to get production date).
