SANVO Color Matching System

SANVO color matching system is a computer aided system, and it mainly consists of computer, color mixer, color chart, white base paint, colorimeter (spectrophotometer) and color simulation software.

Color Chart
Our color chart contains three choices, which are 1000-color chart, 200-color chart and 24-color chart, to meet the requirements of paint shops and decoration companies.

1000-Color Chart: It includes 998 colors in 6 color zones, and it makes choosing individualized color much easier.

200-Color Chart: With 200 popular colors, it is particularly suitable for home decoration of fashion people.

24-Color Chart: Though there are only 24 colors to choose from, it is cost-effective and very practical for color demonstration and home improvement.

Base Paint
The base paint is white, and it differs from common paint since it is a semi-finished product and required color mixing before use. Based on titanium content, it is classified into three groups: high Ti type, low Ti type and Ti-free type.

Color Paste
The color paste is supplied by internationally famous manufacturers, and its color, gloss level and rheological property are strictly tested. In addition, precise injection is realized by the color mixer.

Spectrophotometer
It is a precise instrument used to detect differences between standard color and paint color. It is expensive, but it is indispensable in factories, and sometimes it is also seen in paint shops.

Color Simulation Software
Thanks to the advanced color simulation software, a great many color combinations are easy to achieve in a DIY manner, thus helping paint shop owners out from just offering a few colors for customers. More importantly, it shows superior repeatability since a minimum of 0.1ml color paste can be added, and this means specified color is always at hand no matter what customers want.
