Table Top Display Stand

A Germany client sent us a table top display stand sample and asked us to manufacture the same product. To avoid any stain on cover, the client decided to replace the chrome plated finish with zapon lacquer plus chrome plated finish. Based on the sample, we made a design sketch for manufacturing, and then we made a prototype. However, when doing surface treatment, we met a problem. After chrome plating treatment, the surface of the sample is very bright, and all the impurities attached on surface appeared behind zapon lacquer after zapon lacquer treatment.

To solve the problem, we immediately established a special troubleshooting team, and after repeated experiments and trials, we finally decided to make the cover with 304 stainless steel. By using mirror finished stainless steel sheet, we avoid electroplating and spraying, perfectly meeting the client’s requirement for the same functions and beautiful appearance.
