Eight Point Contact Ball Bearing

1. Description
Our DT series eight point contact ball bearing is able to withstand higher loads than similar products using bolts and rings of the same diameter. Compared with the single-row four-point contact ball bearing, our product has its load capacity improved by 80%. Also, this line of slewing bearing boasts more compact lateral dimensions than the three row roller bearing.

2. Features
There are double row deep groove raceways in both inner and outer rings of the ball bearing. Each raceway is outfitted with balls of the maximum size. This structure enables the bearing ball to have 8 contact points at any time, thus providing the slewing ring bearing with higher carrying capacity of torque, thrust, and radial force. Owing to precision machining, the raceway and balls match precisely to realize even distribution of load. In addition, perfect sealing effectively prevents foreign matters entering.

3. Supply Capacity
We can supply eight point contact ball bearing with the thread specification specified by the customers. Also, the inner tooth shape and outer tooth shape can be specified by the customers. Rolling bearings matching other mechanical drive structure are also available.
