Insert Bearings

The insert bearings we provide include one type with set screw, one type with adapter sleeve locking and one type with eccentric locking collar. The product is actually a transformation of deep groove ball bearing. Its outer ring which has spherical outer surface cooperates with the corresponding concave spherical surface on the bearing pedestal to achieve aligning. The insert ball bearing is primarily used to support combined radial and axial loads with the radial load prevailing. Generally, it doesn’t bear axial load alone.

The insert bearing produced by Guoxin is mainly matched with Guoxin’s bearing pedestal with FGJ trademark. The product is widely used on wheat harvesters, maize harvesters, peanut harvesters, swing machines, shot blasting machines, etc.
