7000t/d Heavy Metal Wastewater Treatment Project for Shandong Jinbao Electronics

This project was specially designed for Shandong Jinbao Electronics, Co., Ltd. to treat its copper foil waste water. The main treatment technologies used in this project were pretreatment and two-stage reverse osmosis technology. In addition, membrane filtration method was employed to reconcentrate the concentrate water get from RO to make it reusable. The whole treatment process was automatically controlled. This project made fresh water reuse possible and helped the company make more profits.

Integrating traditional water treatment technology and high-tech membrane technology, this project adopted reverse osmosis (RO) technology to separate cooper ions from the wastewater so that it can be reused. The water after being treated would cycle in a closed circuit thus it could be used again and again.

Our water treatment project helped lower the production cost of our customer and increase its competitive strength in markets.

Detailed Information
Raw water: Heavy metal wastewater
Design scale: UF; 2×50m3/h
The first pass RO water flux: 2×35m3/h
The second pass RO water flux: 2×3m3/h
The first pass RO water recovery: ﹥80%
The second pass RO water recovery: ﹥85%
Heavy metal concentration of RO: Copper ion concentration: ﹥8g/L

Process Flow
Wastewater → Basket filter → UF device → Booster pump → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump → First-stage RO → Concentrate water tank → Water pump → Cartridge filter → Fresh-water tank → Booster pump → Cartridge filter → High pressure pump → Second-stage RO → Reuse → To the concentrate water tank of the first-stage RO system → Cooper collection device → Concentrate water tank → Second-stage RO → High pressure pump → Fresh-water fed back to the raw water tank of the first-stage RO system
