Energy saving, emission reduction, and environmental protection have become the mainstream concept of value. In the manufacturing realm, there still exists huge potential for energy efficiency and carbon emission. That is why CAISON should place great emphasis on protecting environment from specific aspects listed below.

1. Product research and development are oriented towards saving energy, reducing emission, and protecting environment. New eco-friendly products allow users to reduce water usage and waste water emission while ensuring safety for skin contact.

2. Energy consumption is reduced by continuously exploring new manufacturing technologies. In the process of waste heat recovery, heat produced by the pigment grinder is reused for speeding up the dispersion of pigment in water, maintaining a proper temperature level in the operation room, and heating bath water for employees. Modifications are made to the grinder and dispersing agent to improve the pigment dispersion efficiency.

3. Workers are protected from any potential danger during operation. Measures are taken to improve the automation of production equipment.

4. Measures are taken to recycle the emissions from the manufacturing process. The dust removal system, for example, can collect the excessive pigment particles after production. There are also regulations and records in place to ensure minimal emissions. These regulations require that the washing water used in converting the machine from producing one color to another should be recycled and the recycling process be recorded. Any un-recyclable wastes would be sent to professional waste water treatment organizations for proper disposal.
