Li-SOCL2 Battery Pack

The Li-SOCL2 battery pack is named according to the special equipment of the oil and gas directional wells so as to be distinguish easily and match the equipment of the directional wells better.

Features
Our product mainly includes MWD, APS, GEOLINK and GAMMA. It is assembled with single cells in series connection with high temperature resistance high quality connector. Its inner structure is made elaborately. Same as the single cell, our high temperature set of cells is primary cell. It is non-rechargeable and can not be placed under the blazing sun for quite a long time.

Meanwhile, it has obvious stability during all the using process. Thus the drilling apparatus can operate efficiently.
3. The battery unit’s parameters are set according to the actual temperature. We can customize the battery pack with special capacity according to the customers’ special requirements.

Composition
1.The single cell should be serially connected.
2. The single cell will be protected by the insulated high temperature thermoplastic annular tubes.
3. The single cell should be put in the aluminum-alloy pipes or compound glass silk tubes, to prevent short circuit.
4. We use vario to put pouring sealant into the assembled battery to make the battery pack steady and defoaming. Thus the cell will not be less crowded and the circuit will not be cut when there is shock in the well.

Note
While using this battery pack, please strictly follow the rules to avoid cells swollen, leakage, severe cracking and explosion because of misoperation.
1. The short circuit is forbidden. Customers are forbidden to charge the battery and get anodes connected reversely.
2. Overdischarge, extrusion, impaling and incineration are forbidden.
3. Don’t mix the new ones with the old ones. The products of different models can not be mixed.
4. The product should be used within the temperature range.
5. Please read the direction and caution carefully, before using. Please operate according to the rules. Don’t exceed rated indicators.
6. When the cells are out of use, please put them in the primary package, and keep them away from metal objects.
