Li-SOCL2 Battery (Single Cell)

The Li-SOCL2 battery is a special product in this field. It takes Li as the anode and carbon as the cathode, and SOCL2 works as the positive active material, thus obtaining high energy density. The Li-SOCL2 battery is primary cell and non-rechargeable cell. Moreover, the cell can not be extruded. The open-circuit voltage of the battery cell is 3.6V, the highest among all the lithium batteries and the cut-off voltage is 2.0V. Our company has been focusing solely on producing and developing high temperature Li-SOCL2, which is special for oil and gas directional drilling subsurface equipment, since 2001.

Material
The product is made of materials with no heavy metal, such as mercury, cadmium and lead. Our products’ external packing has insulating high temperature resistance thermoplastic cover. The disposable cell has stainless steel container with hermetic glass-to-metal sealing technique, which ensures the airtightness of the product. So the battery will work better in the high temperature environment.

Size
The size of the Li-SOCL2 battery can be divided into 6 kinds, including DD, D, CC, C, AAA and AA. We can customize products with special sizes. At the same time, we can make high-current and pulse-current cells according to the corresponding sizes.

Features
1.The open-circuit voltage and working voltage are steady and high during the whole service life.
2. The product has high energy density. The energy density of the Li-SOCL2 is 730WH/KG and 1300WH/L.

5. The product with cylindrical structure has non-combustible electrolyte.

7. Our product can work steadily at the temperature of -40℃ to 165℃.

Note
1. Direct short circuit is forbidden.
2. The battery is banned to be recharged and wrongly collected with polarities.
3. Overdischarge, extrusion, impaling and incineration are forbidden.
4. Customers should not weld the surface of the battery. The cells with guide lug or lead can be welded.
5. Don’t mix the new cells with the old ones, and users can not mix the cells with different models.
6. The Li-SOCL2 battery should be used within the allowable temperature range.
