Characteristics
1. The drive axle of our wheel loader utilizes caliper disc type brake system, which features outstanding passing ability and large tractive force. In use of special power output, it possesses strong reliability and high transmission efficiency.
2. The center of hinge joint is placed in the center position of wheel base, which can overlap the tracks of the front and rear tires, and also help reduce the tire wear. The double row tapered roller bearing structure can effectively decompose the load from the horizontal or vertical direction.
3. Furthermore, we focus on the overall structural strength. By means of finite element analysis and other methods, we can reduce the stress concentration position and also eliminate the partial weakness, so as to ensure the great adaptability to the bad working conditions.
4. This wheel loader comes with the desirable hydraulic system. This system adopts double pump confluence technology, which features energy saving and high efficiency. Thanks to the flow amplification type steering and the hydraulic pilot type operation, our product can greatly reduce the working intensity of our operators.
5. By adoption of the widely used single rocker arm, short pull rod and straight movable arm in structure, our product can possesses large breakout force and short time. The sealed linkage mechanism can guarantee the extremely good lubrication of pin. In use of the electromagnetic positioning technology, this wheel loader can provide automatic leveling function, which can also lighten the working intensity of our drivers and raise the working efficiency.
