Vibratory Screener

Application
The SFJZ series vibratory screener is primarily used in feed processing factories to screen and grade feed pellets, as well as pre-clean raw materials. It is another essential piece of feed machinery for feed production. The multi-functional vibrating screener is also suitable for the screening and grading of raw materials and finished products in the grain, food, chemical, sugar, mining and paper manufacturing industries.

2. This vibratory screening equipment uses a vibration motor as the vibrating sources, allowing for stable operation and very little noise.
3. The vibrating sieve can achieve a circular, elliptical and rectilinear motions, ensuring excellent screening effects.
4. Equipped with a reinforced base, the vibratory screener works in a stable manner. The screening machine can also be designed to hang, to better accommodate customer production sites if needed.
5. With a modified steel wire rope hanging structure, there is less wear on the wire ropes.
6. The screen is driven by a belt, and its weight is balanced. A modified elastic support at the tail of the screen reduces the shaking and noise levels of the grading sieve.
7. Our vibratory screener can be equipped with an integrated screen cover or a modular screen cover. The screen covers are light weight, rigid, and feature an excellent sealing performance.
8. Modular screen frames also make it easier for operators to replace the screens.
