Stitching Conveyor

Our TFKB40 stitching conveyor is a piece of sewing and conveying equipment that automatically seals bags and delivers them to the designated location. The sewing conveyor is widely used to seal and convey finished products that are packed in bags.

Characteristics
The stitching conveyor is comprised primarily of the automatic conveying machine and the bag stitcher. The entire bag stitching conveyor is compact in structure, features a rapid stitching speed, excellent synchronism, and is stable. It is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal packaging machine for feed and powder processing industries.

Working Principles
The gear motor uses chain wheels the drive the bet rollers, allowing the rubber conveyor belt to move horizontally. The bags filled with finished products are moved along with the movement of the belt. As this happens, the bag stitcher fit to the head of the conveying machine stitches and seals the bags. The stitching conveyor can move and stitch simultaneously. The bag stitcher is controlled using an electric control cabinet.
