Tower Crane QNP31.5

The QTZ31.5 internal climbing tower crane can assemble mid to large sized construction equipment. The upper rotary tower crane has a horizontal ledge and trolley amplitude. The jib length is 42m, the maximum rated weight is 3T, and the rated maximum lifting moment is 200kN.m.

Features of the Internal Climbing Tower Crane
1. Wide applicability. The self-rising crane is used in small to large construction projects, for high rises and multi-layer projects, industrial factories, in constructing chimneys and silos, and for stockyards, ports, and loading.
2. Easy to assemble and disassemble. A hydraulic hoisting device is used to increase or decrease the horizontal jib tower crane's standard section, which corresponds to the changing height of various construction projects.
3. High speed, easy adjustment, stable operation and high efficiency. A low speed with heavy loads and a high speed with light loads can be realized through the hoisting structure. Two kinds of speed of trolleys meet the top slewing crane's operational needs. An open stopper attached to the rotating structure enables precise placement and easy assembly of the internal climbing tower crane.
4. Reliable safety protective devices. The tower crane is equipped with a weight limiter, moment limiter, height limiter, amplitude limiter and rotary limiter as well as a rest platform and guard ring, for safe operation.
5. The driver's cabin, set to one side, is broad, bright, comfortable, safe and easy to access.
The basic height of the internal climbing tower crane is 25.5m. If used in high-rise construction, the number of standard sections and attached devices can be increased to meet consumers' needs. The maximum height of the product is 120m.
