The concrete batching plant integrates measuring, mixing, and storing materials in one unit. Concrete is dispensed at a height of 3.8m. This concrete mixing plant processes various types of concrete, including dry and hard concrete, and works well for mid-sized construction projects around water and electricity, roads, ports, docks, and bridges as well as for larger manufacturing factories and concrete production plants.

The storage silo in this concrete mixing equipment can hold four kinds of aggregates at one time. Materials are measured on the ground and then delivered via conveyor belts to the aggregate hopper, which can hold a full can of aggregates.

Depending on the customers' needs, the concrete batching plant's powder dosing system can be equipped with three cement silos and one fly ash silo. While powder is measured by a spiral conveyor, additives and water are also added to the main bucket. Computer control and electronic scales make sure the concrete plant has high precision and a low error rate.

The concrete batching plant is equipped with a screen display, storage unit, automatic drop compensation, sand moisture rate compensation and other functions (a sand moisture rate meter comes separately), as well as a manual system for choosing manual or automatic control. In addition, a printing and monitoring system make it easy for you to manage the entire process.
