Tower Crane PT7030

Features of the Flat Top Tower Crane
1. When the topless crane stands alone, it includes 1 basic section (height 7645) and 13 mast sections (height 3000).
2. With attachments, the construction machinery can reach a maximum height of 1 basic section (height 7645) and 58 mast sections (height 3000).
3. At maximum height, the tower crane needs 5 collar ties, the distance between each collar tie being 27000, and the first collar tie at height 36.42m, max. Height should not exceed 42m.
4. The mast section LxWxH: 2000x2000x3000, material is L200×200×20.
5. The jib has 10 sections (9mx6 5mx3 1.6m), size of dimension width x height (center distance) 1600x1500, upper and lower chord use angle steel button squares, separately use L100×100×10/ 8 and L80×80×6.
6. Height of tower crane head is 9000, material is L125×125×12 button square.
7. Main stressed force material is Q345B.
8. Main low pressure electric parts are from Schneider, frequency from Yaskama, PLC from Mitsubishi.
