The XF model horizontal fluidized bed dryer consists of an air filter, fluidized bed, cyclone separator, bag filter, high speed centrifugal fan, and work table. Because this horizontal dryer works for so many different kinds of raw material, it is necessary to choose a bag filter according to the particle size of the raw material being fed into the grain dryer.

This multifunctional dryer is widely used for medicines such as tablets and medicinal drinking infusions; chemical raw materials, resins, and powders; foodstuff such as citric acid; and grain and animal feed processing. Raw material should have a diameter between 0.1-6mm, though this powder drying equipment works best for diameters between 0.5-3mm.
