Being Volvo’s only designated car modification company of dump truck in China, we have strategic cooperation with Volvo. Our dumper truck’s body is manufactured in accordance with the Volvo designed structure. Meanwhile, we are one of the key enterprises which are assigned and innovated by the CNHTC Sinotruk.
Features of Dump Truck
1. Hydraulic System
We adopt the front lifting system of domestic or imported brands, such as HYVA, to the hydraulic system of our tipper truck. The available series of middle lifting system include F series, T series and the series of multi-tank and side-dumping, which are of the domestic well-known brands. We have mature technology of hydraulic system featuring reasonable structure, reliable performance, air controlled lifting limit and easy operation.
2. Truck Body
Our heavy-duty dump truck has side bed cap, front bed cap and bed cover in the layout of square. We adopt wide structure to enable the heavy truck body to have high strength, excellent shock resistance and shapely appearance.
We have equipped the truck body of our dump trailer with anti-expansion device to effectively avoid the deformation. We have installed the dual-shaft hinge on the dump truck's rear door to achieve tighter locking force and higher reliability. The security hook is optional.
The stringer of the dump truck's subframe is in rectangular structure. Featuring high strength and good fatigue resistance, the Q345 material is ideally applied to the subframe and oil tank holder. The torsion resistant cross beams are installed on the rear of long truck body's subframe. We design the dump truck's dumping gear in flaring structure to realize stable lifting. The front loading dump truck has lower center of gravity and good stability.
Also, for the transport in the frigid zone, we have specially developed the series of dump truck, of which the base plate has the heating function.
Applications of Dump Truck
Our high-performance dump truck is mainly used as special transport vehicles for urban construction, mining, building construction, etc.
