The stabilized soil mixing plant boasts strong adaptability to materials, wide grading variety, reasonable layout, compact structure, and high reliability in soil stabilization. This industrial blender is available in 4 models with production capacity ranging from 300t / h to 600t / h.

Features of Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant
1. The stabilized soil mixing equipment adopts modular design, with twin-shaft forced mixing tank.
2. The vanes and vane arms are made from special materials and features special design, which ensures quick and even mixing, leaving no dead ends.
3. The stabilized soil mixing plant has two ways of measurement: electronic and volumetric. The electronic measurement has the pressure control sensor and speed control sensor to control and feed back measuring process.
4. Control system consists of control cabin, electrical system and pneumatic control system. Automatic and manual controls are both available. The memory of hundreds of formulas simplifies the operation. Instant printing of data reports is also available.

Mixing drum
The inner wall of the mixing drum adopts no-liner design, and the specially designed vanes and vane arms ensure quick and even mixing without dead ends.



Control cabin
The whole system of the stabilized oil mixing plant is automatically controlled by industrial computer. It can achieve both automatic control and manual control.



Feeder
The feeding adopts variable frequency regulation. Electronic belt does accurate measurement. Pressure sensor and speed sensor control and feed back measurement process.
