1. HiOSO WEB managed media converter comprises a FC650M 100M converter and a FC1050M 1000M converter. These multi-port converters have capacity to extend the transmission distance of a network from 100m over copper wires to 1000km over fibers. They are applicable to remote transmission network.
2. This industrial media converter supports two different kinds of network connection mediums, i.e., 10/100Base-TX and 100Base-FX. FC1050M supports 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, 1000Base-T and 1000Base-X. The adoption of switching technology and store-and-forward technology can realize data conversion between these two types of network connection mediums.
Features of the WEB Managed Media Converter
1. Self-adaptation to 10Mbps and 100Mbps gives much convenience for network upgrade.
2. Built-in efficient switching core can realize flow control and also reduce broadcast packets.
3. This network device offers 4 independent 10/100Mbps auto-adaptive switching type twisted pair ports, which allows electrical interface backup and multi-user access to come true.
4. Support full-duplex and half-duplex transmission mode, which can be automatically negotiated.
5. Support automatic crossing of twisted pair ports in order to debug and install the system conveniently.
6. Support the transmission of ultra-long packets with the maximum length of 1552byte.
7. Support the transmission of super-long packets over at most 16 VLANs.
8. Support multiple network management interfaces such as SNMP, Web and Telnet.
9. Cisco-like CLI interface
10. Support QoS to guarantee the transmission of VOIP packets.
11. Support traffic statistics for each port.
12. The WEB managed media converter supports IGMP Snooping time, and priority.
13. Owing to low power consumption and low heat dissipation, it can work stably for a long period of time.
14. For better meeting the expended requirement of users, the mode converter supports transmission in dual-fiber multi-mode, dual-fiber single-mode and single-fiber single-mode fibers.
