The E410NiMoT0-1 stainless steel flux cored wire is formulated from basic type slag system. This CO2 welding wire is renowned for impressive weldability and efficiency. Our metal welding wire requires 200-300℃ preheat for perfect welds, and 680-760℃ tempering after welding.
Generally, this stainless steel flux cored wire is ideal for 0Cr13, 1Cr13 and 2Cr13, such as blades for steam turbine. Furthermore, our gas shielded flux cored wire is also capable of overlay welding for corrosion and abrasion resistant surfaces.
