Steam Trap

The steam trap is an important part for steam heating equipment and steam pipeline. With the advanced technology from other country, we developed this flang steam trap in the light of the practical working condition of the condensation system for power plant.

Our steam trap is generally used for condensation system and high pressure system of the thermal power plant. Additionally, this steam trap can also be applied in the pipeline for cold water discharge, liquid level control and minimum flow control.

1. The equal percentage flow characteristic makes for optimal regulation performance of the steam trap.
2. Designed with cage structure, flash and cavitation can be effectively avoided.
3. By utilizing the throttling action of the multi-level nozzle, the condensation water can be changed into secondary steam through pressure drop. So, the reutilization of the condensation water can be realized, which contributes to energy conservation.
