Model: TH-LWR 150MO, TH-LWR300MO, TH-LWR400MO
Introduction
1. The biggest advantage of the fiber-coupled laser welding machine is that it is easy to be integrated with a variety of tooling fixtures and moving platforms, to complete complex graphics welding and high-precision welding.
2. It uses energy feedback system or current feedback system to improve laser stability, beam quality, and consistency of the welding result.
3. The welding head is small and easy for integration.
4. This laser welding machine adopts xenon lamp pump and flexible fiber-coupled laser output.
5. It can fit into various production lines and assist robots to realize fully automated welding.
6. Double-path, four-path and other multi-path beam scattering can be achieved by energy-sharing and time-sharing. It makes the duplex processing possible and saves the loading time. It also meets the requirement for complex multi-angle and multi-optical path simultaneous welding, thus greatly expands the application of laser welding.
Application
The fiber-coupled laser welding machine is used for welding advertising letters, repairing large molds, and welding most metals: stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, aluminum, brass, tin, zinc, chromium, gold, silver, etc.
It can also be used to weld between two different materials, such as the Cu - Ni, Cu - Ti, and the Ti – Mo. The welding penetration, strength and speed depend on the material to be welded.
