52mm Diameter Aerosol Can

This 52mm diameter aerosol can comes in heights from 100mm to 200mm. Upon your request, we can add coatings to the internal surface of your aerosol can to reduce or avoid tin can leaks or explosion hazard.

Raw materials used in the construction of the aerosol can are imported from Japan. Generally speaking, the can body thickness would be 0.2mm. Both the cone top and domed bottom have a thickness of 0.28mm. Custom aerosol packaging solution is also available. With a diameter of 52mm, our aerosol spray can is often used to package perfume, party string, air freshener, and other household products.

Technical Requirements
1. When making a perfume spray bottle, air freshener packaging, or party string aerosol can, we do our best to ensure that the aerosol can body is straight, rust-free, and with smooth weld lines. Deformation, fractured flange or wrinkles are not allowed.
2. Texts and graphics should be clear, intact and has the same or similar color to the sample. Slight color difference is only allowable if customers agree with it.
3. Overprinting of texts and graphics should be accurate. The main part of the aerosol can to be printed should not have obvious scratches on it while the minor part should have no more than 3 slight scratches (no larger than 0.3mm×0.5mm).
