Slotter

The slotter, with its specially treated blade, is mainly used for slotting concrete and rock. It can process the irregular crack into an even slot, thus a new junction surface will be formed. Then it can optimize the slot to ensure the great adhesiveness between the slot surface and cementation material.

In practice, the slotting machine can be used in many cases like woodwork, brickwork, welding work, and many other works.
1. When a woodwork blade is installed, the machine can turn into a woodworking power saw for simple woodwork, such as wood floor processing.
2. When an abrasive wheel is installed, your slotter can be used as an abrasive cutting machine for processing anti-burglar stainless window and lamphouse.
3. As for the most suitable application, the rock cutting, grinding, and polishing can be achieved by the installation of polishing blade or rock cutting blade.

The device is as light as 4.4kg, so it can be operated by one hand. The concave-convex surface of the grip allows you to grab it comfortably and safely.

Operation procedure:
1. Wear your goggles.
2. Switch on the slotter and wait until the wheel speed is steady.
3. Adjust the cutting direction to avoid any people in the way.
4. Cut the material and have a 15min rest every 30min.
5. Don’t hold small workpiece by hand for the processing.
6. Clean the working site after the job is done.
