Overview
The GGD low voltage switchgear is the up-to-date fixed type electrical switchgear, suitable for power plants, substations as well as industrial and mining enterprises. Specifically, this selection of electrical components can be applied to AC 380V, 50Hz, 3200A power distribution system for electrical energy conversion, distribution and control.


The low voltage switchgear is strictly made in accordance with standards like IEC439 (Low-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies), GB7251.1 (Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies, Part 1: Type Tested and Partially Type Tested Assemblies), etc.

Service Conditions
This low voltage switchgear can normally work under following conditions:
1. Ambient temperature: -5℃ to 40℃
2. Relative humidity: ≤90% ( 25℃)
At 40℃, average humidity value shouldn’t exceed 50%. Condensation should be taken into consideration on account of temperature changes.
3. Altitude: ≤2000m
4. Applicable place: There is no frequent strenuous vibration, impact or potential corrosion risk.

Key Features of the Low Voltage Switchgear
1. With universal design, this switch cubicle adopts 8MF cold formed section steel (E=20mm), manufactured via partial welding to guarantee high strength and quality.


2. To realize good heat dissipation effect, certain quantities of radiating holes on top and bottom of the low voltage switchgear are designed. Specifically, heat exhausts through the top holes, and cold air enters from the bottom holes, thus forming a ventilating duct.


3. In compliance with relevant modern industrial product design requirements, the dimensions of our switch cabinet are in golden ratio. Thus, the entire product comes with fine appearance.


4. There are doors hinged with main product frame, easy for mounting and demounting. Meanwhile, a plastic rubber seal is inserted into door flanging, which has certain compression stroke and can prevent direct collision of door and cabinet, largely improving the protection level of the door.


5. The door protecting multiple electrical elements is fixed to the low voltage switchgear by multi-strand annealed copper wire. The installation parts inside cabinet are secured by knurled screw. Consequently, complete earthing protective circuits are formed.


6. The cabinet cover can be demounted if required to facilitate on-site main bus-bar assembly and adjustment. There are flying rings installed at the four corners of cabinet cover for hoisting and handling convenience.


7. The protection level of switch cubicle reaches IP30. It is also available from IP20 to IP40.
