Features
1. The YC series block utilizes thick sectional steel plate as side plate, highlighted by high quality, excellent mechanical property, as well as superior welding and tensile strength.
2. Pulley groove of this oilfield equipment adopts medium-frequency hardening craft, thus groove rigidity and lifespan of steel wire rope are ramped up. Meanwhile, the pulleys of block and hook are interchangeable.
3. When the crown block delivers empty elevator hoisting or lowering, the steel wire rope is in tight state to avoid roller from being caught by the rope, to control operation speed, and also to extend rope lifespan.
4. This oilfield machinery is also configured with high-strength flying ring and heavy-duty shield for steel wire rope, thus greatly extending service life of block.
5. Our block is strictly made according to API 8A specification and comes with API logo, so you can feel safe during application.
