Roll Forming Machine

Based on cold roll forming principle, the roll forming machine is applicable for steel sheet of 1200mm wide and 0.5-0.6mm thick by using same profile rolls. This roll former is comprised of base, stand and roll forming unit, with overall dimension of 8500´1450´1070mm.

Our metal roll forming machine plays an important part in fabricating corrugated sandwich panel applicable for roof and wall. Generally, steel sheet, after roll forming, will be sent to laminating machine and used as the bottom layer or top and bottom layers of steel sandwich panel.
