This product is soluble in water, ethanol, acetic acid, etc. It is insoluble in grease. The color is purple in acidic solution, bluish violet in neutral solution, and blue in alkaline solution.

Packing
1. Liquid-state grape skin red pigment is packed in a plastic drum. Its net weight is 25kg in each drum.

Storage
