Description
Our Cummins powered diesel generator set adopts Cummins diesel engine from DCEC and CCEC which are Sino-US joint ventures located in China. DCEC can provide engine with power ranging from 25kVA to 250kVA, and the power of the engine offered by CCEC is from 250kVA to 1500kVA.
Cummins Inc. is a global leader in power products. It integrates design, manufacture, sales, and service of fuel system, control system, and power generation system. Its sales network covers about 190 countries and regions. DCEC is a joint venture founded between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Cummins Inc. while the CCEC, abbreviation for Chongqing Cummins Engine Co., Ltd., is the first production base invested by Cummins in China.
Features
1. The Cummins powered diesel generator set provided by our company has great universality and it enjoys easy warranty service all over the world. Also, it is easy to maintain for it has few parts.
2. Cummins diesel engine and Stamford alternator or Marathon alternator are adopted. Voltage and frequency recover quickly when the generator suffers from instantaneous loading. The build-in multi-stage vibration isolation system efficiently eliminates the vibration of the running equipment, which can protect the control system and electrical components. Therefore, our generating set is able to provide reliable electric power even in harsh environments.
3. Several sets of diesel generator set can be connected in parallel to form a high-power generating system which supplies electric power to loads. Quantity of the diesel gensets to be operated can be decided according to the load capacity so as to save diesel oil and reduce operation cost. The generating set has the lowest fuel consumption under the circumstance of 75% rated load.
4. Several parallel gensets will share the surge current averagely when the load suddenly increases, which can reduce stress of each generator unit and stabilize voltage and frequency, thus extending the service life of the genset.
5. Our Cummins powered diesel generator set can be used as uninterrupted power supply to ensure normal production of the factory. When switching is required, the backup engine-generator can be started first and then the running genset can be stopped without outage.
6. We can provide diesel generator sets with the rated frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.
7. Generating sets of open-frame type, silent type, or trailer-mounted type are available.
