Lovol Powered Diesel Generator Set

Description
The Lovol powered diesel generator set adopts Lovol 1000 series of engine which is produced with Perkins technique. We can provide diesel genset of 3 cylinders, 4 cylinders or 6 cylinders with the power ranging from 20kW to 110kW.

Features
1. With optimized structure reinforcement design, our diesel generator set outputs higher unit power and torque than other products. It is also stable and reliable in performance.

2. Water pump of the cooling system is driven by gear, which ensures high efficiency and reliability while avoiding engine overheating problem caused by failed belt transmission.

3. The design of dual thermostat further improves the reliability of the cooling system.

4. Our diesel generator set powered by Lovol engine has excellent cold start performance. It is able to start properly at -10℃ without preheating. When a flame preheater is adopted, this power generation equipment can start smoothly at -25℃. It is even capable of starting at -40℃ when equipped with proper measures.

5. The fuel consumption of our generating set is 10% lower than other similar products in China. The adopted combustor with European patent technology can reduce fuel consumption, emission and noise while improving engine power.

6. Tank cover of the genset is made of special soundproof composite materials while the cylinder cover and oil pan are made of cast aluminum alloy, which contributes to noise reduction. Naked noise of the Lovol engine adopted is lower than 96dBA.
