Seamless Steel Gas Cylinder

Our seamless steel gas cylinder is made of cold-drawn seamless steel pipe which has ideal geometrical shape and few differences in wall thickness. All our products are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with the standards of GB5099 and ISO9809. They are also conforming to the standard of BS, JIS, DIN and TUV. Differences in wall thickness of our pressure vessel are restricted within 10%, which is lower than that of 22.5% regulated by the national standard. Tolerance of outer diameter is limited within ±6%. (Tolerance of outer diameter regulated by the national standard is ±10%). Due to high quality raw materials and advance production technology, our product features light weight, even working pressure and long service life.

Technological Characteristics and Advantages
1. Mouth and bottom of our high pressure gas container are formed by flow forming machine.
2. Threads on the mouth of our seamless steel gas cylinder are processed by numerically controlled equipment to make sure they are uniform in size.
3. Adopting thermal treatment technology combining quenching and high-temperature tempering, our product is stable in performance. The quenching medium we use is developed corporately with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Since formula of quenching medium can be adjusted by ourselves, our product quality is guaranteed.
4. With hydraulic test and gas tightness test, our products are guaranteed to be safe and reliable.
5. We can pack our seamless steel gas cylinder according to the requirement of the customers.

Application
Our seamless steel gas cylinder is suitable for storing compressed gases such as oxygen, hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc and high pressure liquefied gas like Freon. They can be widely used in the fields of medical treatment, sanitation, chemical industry, scientific research and agriculture.
