SHC1108 (4k/8k/16k/32k bytes) Contactless CPU Card Chip

The SHC1108 contactless CPU card chip is a high end smart card chip fabricated using the CMOS EEPROM technique. The typical applications include public transit, electronic wallet and so on. SHC1108 integrates 8-bit microprocessor, RF circuit which is complied with ISO/IEC14443 Type A standard, true random number circuit, DES/3DES algorithm module, and SM1/SM4 commercial secret algorithm module.
