Features
1. The bedway and headstock gear of our horizontal lathe are treated with quenching and precise grinding.
2. The spindle system possesses excellent rigidity and high precision.
3. With a short transmission chain, the machine tool is highly accurate in gear transmission. The whole machine runs steadily with very small noise.
4. Inside the carriage, an overload protector is installed, and the carriage is configured with a fast forward and fast backward mechanism.
5. The footrest and the electromagnetic braking device are equipped.
6. The headstock adopts the hydraulic clutch mechanism, allowing for stable starting up and fast braking.

Remarks
1. Except the following models, we also provide the horizontal lathe in various other models. The maximum rotating diameter of machine body is between Φ350 and Φ1600 (mm). The spindle bore is from Φ40 to Φ130 (mm). The maximum length of workpiece is 750mm to 12000mm.
