Type I has the following functions: constant pressure automatic control, power outrage and lockout when door opened, wind power lockout, gas locking, leakage blocking, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, and three-phase unbalance protection.
Type II is added with some measuring and display devices on the basis of Type I. It can measure and display the water pressure, water level, water temperature, pump oil level, oil temperature, oil pressure, and emulsion concentration.

4. The power consumed by the motor is related to its rotation speed. After using our variable frequency control device, the motor is in the stop state when liquid is not injected. Therefore, energy is saved and the saving rate is about 40% to 50%.

Application
The BPBT1 series of explosion proof variable frequency control device is widely applied in the constant pressure liquid supply system of the support equipment in the coal mine with explosive gas atmosphere. It keeps the liquid supply system at a constant pressure so as to meet production needs. The speed of the motor is adjusted according to the difference between set pressure and actual pressure, thus achieving unattended intelligent pumping station.
