Environmentally-friendly Water Hydraulic Prop

Their difference lies in the working medium of the former is neutral water. For the latter, a large amount of emulsion is directly discharged into the gob, which causes severe pollution on the groundwater resources.

The inner surface of the cylinder and the outer surface of the plunger have been treated by a special anti-corrosion process. Meanwhile, the processing technology for the base, piston, top cover, handle, and return spring has been changed from the original bluing technique to the electrophoretic coating process. Therefore, the service life of our environmentally-friendly water hydraulic prop is longer than or equal to that of the ordinary product that uses emulsion.
