Long Stroke Hydraulic Prop

The biggest feature of this series of long stroke hydraulic prop is that the stroke of the product is increased by more than 70mm when compared with ordinary single hydraulic upright post of the same model. In addition to the increased stroke, the product also has the following characteristics.

a. This product adopts cylinder bore seal. This completely avoids the suspended single hydraulic prop's defects of short service life and difficult maintenance caused by the adoption of plunger tube seal.
b. The base is wrapped, which increases the force area of the base, protects the cylinder bottom, and improves cylinder stiffness while increasing stroke.
c. The product's stroke is as long as that of ordinary suspended upright post.
d. The plunger is integrated with the piston, removing the leak points, which makes use more reliable.

Features
a. Our long stroke hydraulic prop adopts cylinder bore seal, so the suspended single hydraulic prop's shortcomings of difficult maintenance and short operating life caused by using plunger tube sealing are completely avoided.
b. The three-use valve is placed on the handle valve. This not only increases the stiffness and stroke of the product but also prevents the operating difficulty and dangers caused by the three-use valve's lifting with the post.
c. The base is wrapped, which increases stroke, increases the force area of the base, protects the bottom of the cylinder, and enhances the stiffness of the cylinder.
d. Our product has the same stroke with the ordinary suspended upright post.
e. Outside the cylinder block, there is protective tube for oil pipe, preventing the oil pipe from being damaged.
