2L Top-Walking Roof Support

The 2L top-walking roof support is a new type of support equipment between large mechanized mining bracket and single hydraulic prop. It not only has the advantages of high flexibility, self-moving, and high safety but also has the merits of small size, light weight, easy operation, convenient assembly and disassembly, convenient transport, and strong adaptability. Because of its excellent performance, this product has obtained National Invention Patent and Invention Award. Mr. Li Zeyu, the chief engineer of our company, is the first inventor and the only awardee.

This product is equipped with a top beam with boss, which effectively solves the problem of easy tipping over under uneven roof. It can be used for working face with good geological conditions as well as working face of large inclination or soft roof, many faults, and easy spalling. It shows more outstanding performance when used for top coal caving.

According to different application requirements, we have developed many new types of roof support, including machine mining type, blasting type, centralized control type, liquid injection gun control type, large mining height type, etc.
